I have been working in the field of finance since before I graduated high school. The last 27 years I spent managing the office for a small construction contractor. It came time that I needed to figure out my future as my boss was planning his retirement. Just before this happened, I was helping a friend that owns a local farm stand / garden center with updating their QuickBooks file. Once that was done, my friend asked that I stay on and become their permanent bookkeeper.

Start a new QuickBooks Online file, take over an existing QuickBooks Online file, or convert a QuickBooks Desktop version to an online version.
Organize and input existing transactions to current date.

Download & categorize monthly transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Receive and record cash, checks, and credit card payments.

Email monthly financial statement to client and/or accountant.
Produce profit & loss, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, etc.
Serve as liaison between client and accountant throughout the year.
Work is completed from my home office.
